Please understand the role of the service.

These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the EverTree website, AI Care Guide, advisor support, educational resources, and related senior-care discovery or referral services.

By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional written terms may apply to specific features or communications.

Three important principles

EverTree provides guidance

The service helps families organize needs, learn about care types, and identify participating options for independent review.

Providers remain independent

Communities and care providers control their own services, assessments, acceptance, staffing, pricing, licensing, and contracts.

Families must verify

Families are responsible for evaluating providers and obtaining appropriate medical, legal, financial, and regulatory information.

01

Eligibility and acceptable use

The service is intended for adults who can form a binding agreement. You agree to provide information you are authorized to share and to use the service lawfully.

  • Do not use the service for emergencies or urgent medical treatment
  • Do not impersonate another person or submit false or misleading requests
  • Do not interfere with security, access controls, availability, or website operation
  • Do not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as permitted by law
  • Do not upload malicious code, unlawful content, or unnecessary highly sensitive information
02

No professional advice or guarantee

EverTree does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, insurance advice, or a guarantee of care quality, availability, price, licensing, safety, suitability, or outcome.

AI-generated or automated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be treated as a final decision. Seek qualified professionals for regulated or high-stakes advice.

03

Referrals and provider relationships

Participating communities or providers may compensate EverTree when a family chooses their service. EverTree may not identify every available option, and a referral does not constitute endorsement or certification.

Providers are independent. Their assessments, admissions, services, personnel, billing, contracts, and conduct are not controlled by EverTree. Families should verify current information directly.

04

Website content and intellectual property

The website, brand, design, text, graphics, software, and other content are owned by EverTree or used with permission and are protected by applicable law.

EverTree grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial senior-care discovery. No other rights are granted.

05

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EverTree will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost opportunity, or provider acts or omissions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not fully apply.

06

Changes, suspension, and governing terms

EverTree may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.

Any governing-law, venue, arbitration, class-action, or dispute-resolution provision should be finalized with qualified legal counsel before production launch. Questions about these terms may be sent to hello@evertree.com.

Before relying on a care option

The service helps organize the search; independent verification completes it.

1

Confirm current information

After an advisor-qualified introduction, verify availability, assessment results, services, staffing, fees, licensing, policies, and contracts with the provider.

2

Seek qualified advice

Use medical, legal, financial, insurance, and regulatory professionals for decisions within their expertise.

3

Make the family decision

Consider the older adult’s needs and preferences, compare alternatives, and decide without relying on one source alone.
